The main part of the 2019 16th International Conference on Electrical Machines, Drives and Power Systems (ELMA) will be held at "Aqua Azur" Hotel - http://www.aquaazur.com/en/. Hotel "Aqua Azur" is located in tourist resort "St. St. Konstantin and Helena", a hundred meters away from the beach. The complex proximity to the city of Varna offers good opportunities of organization of conferences, business forums and meetings. The conference participants have the option of staying at the hotel at preferential rates.
