Each abstract will be reviewed by two reviewers. Notification of the acceptance of the contribution will be given before March 30, 2019.
The conference will feature oral and poster presentations.
The conference language is English.
Full paper submission
Full paper describing work not previously published or presented must strictly conform to the IEEE conference format. Full paper length should be minimum 4 pages and maximum 6 pages. Here you can download the ITemplate for the full paper in .docx format.
Also IEEE copyright form (one for each paper) must be filled and signed. Information on how to fill out the copyright form will be available later.
IEEE policy requires that all accepted papers must be checked for plagiarism.
The full paper must be converted in PDF file format. IEEE is very strict about the requirements for converting application files to full-text PDF for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®. Please follow the detailed instructions in "IEEE PDF File Preparation Guide for IEEE Xplore®", which describes the essential steps in distilling PDFs that meet IEEE requirements.
For PDF converting, we recommend doPDF free creator.
Full papers must be provided both in .docx and .pdf formats. A full paper proposal in .docx and .pdf formats have to be packed together in one ZIP file and electronically submitted through the ELMA 2019 Conference Management System no later than the deadline (10 May 2019). Please send a scanned copy of the bank transfer to the conference e-mail by 15 May 2019.
The papers must be formatted according to the template and submitted by the deadline. The full papers will be reviewed and checked for plagiarism by IEEE CrossCheck / iThenticate. If the submitted paper does not meet the IEEE requirements, the authors will receive the result of the review and will be able to make changes within 10 days.
After the final check we will send confirmation or reject.
After our confirmation please use the IEEE PDF eXpress site to validate your paper.
IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to check PDFs that have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility.
First-time IEEE PDF eXpress users should do the following:
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site.
- Select the "New Users - Click here" link.
- Enter the following: 46517xp for the Conference ID · your email address, and password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- Upload your DOC file to IEEE PDF eXpress (or your PDF file) and download the converted PDF version (in a couple of minutes).
- The new PDF file should contain the phrase "Certified by IEEE PDF eXpress at [date_and_time_of_conversion]" in the Document properties Application field
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
IEEE PDF eXpress is not a manuscript-collection system and does not replace the conference's submission system. Once authors verify that they have IEEE Xplore-compatible versions of their manuscripts, they will still need to upload the files to the Conference Management System.
Papers witch are not submitted true the Conference Management System will not be further processed! The papers that are not formatted according to the above templates and/or are not submitted by the deadline will not be included in the proceedings! The papers presented at the conference will be checked for originality by IEEE CrossCheck / iThenticate. If the submitted paper does not meet the IEEE requirements, the authors will receive the result of the review and will be able to make changes within 10 days.
Full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to the IEEE Xplore® system. The accepted papers in the IEEE library will be included in the Scopus and Web of Science databases.
